Food is the paramount necessity of people, and food safety comes first. On March 26, Tramy Logistics organized a comprehensive training session themed Strengthen Safety Awareness, Improve Service Quality. The training covered more than 500 participants including delivery drivers and scheduling management staff. Centering on four major modules – food safety, traffic safety, operational specifications and service awareness, the company strives to safeguard public food safety through full-link closed-loop management.

Closely aligned with the characteristics of food logistics, the training focused on strengthening cold chain delivery management. Employees were required to proficiently operate temperature control equipment and accurately maintain transportation temperatures to ensure refrigerated and frozen products remain under uninterrupted cold chain conditions throughout transit. Combined with typical cases related to the 3·15 Consumer Rights Protection Campaign, clear regulations were stipulated: any contaminated, deteriorated or damaged packaged goods found during loading and unloading must be photographed for evidence and reported immediately, so as to firmly prevent unqualified products from entering the market.
Targeting high-risk links such as cold warehouse operations and loading and unloading work, the training corrected habitual irregular operations. With real-case warnings, employees were urged to follow standard working procedures. Acts such as crossing passageways illegally and unauthorized use of handling equipment are strictly prohibited, and goods stacking principles must be strictly observed. After the training, all teams will implement the mechanism of daily control and weekly inspection, conduct regular hidden danger investigations, standardize the wearing of protective equipment, and prevent safety accidents.
The training also aimed to elevate employees’ service awareness, facilitating the transformation of drivers from mere delivery personnel to customer service specialists. Standardized store delivery procedures were specified, requiring categorized loading and unloading, standardized goods placement, and timely response to customer demands. Employees were also guided to operate in a civilized manner with proper parking and noise reduction to minimize disturbance to residents, presenting a good corporate image with high-quality services.
In preparation for the transportation peak during the Qingming Festival and complex weather conditions, the training reiterated the Five Strict Prohibitions for safe driving. Drivers are required to strictly abide by traffic regulations and hold complete valid certificates, while cross-route transportation must be reported in advance. Teams have established a targeted interview mechanism for key personnel to conduct timely communication and rectify potential irregular behaviors, building a solid line of defense for traffic safety from the source.
As Tramy optimizes its business layout, higher requirements have been placed on the logistics system. This training serves as a concrete practice of fulfilling the Group’s primary responsibilities, as well as a pragmatic measure to guarantee food safety and fulfill social obligations. It further consolidates the foundation of logistics safety for the steady and sound development of the enterprise.
