To pay tribute to the dedicated and resolute women of Tramy, gather their wisdom, and inspire progressive momentum, Tramy Group held its 2026 International Women’s Day themed event “Her Strength, New Beginnings, Future Forward” on March 5.
Carefully organized by the Tramy Group Women’s Federation, the event brought together senior leaders of the Group and women representatives from all fronts and positions to celebrate the festival, honor role models, share growth journeys, and discuss development plans. Present at the event were Fu Yaojuan, President of Tramy Group and Chairperson of the Women’s Federation; Shen Jie, Director, Senior Vice President of Tramy Group and Vice Chairperson of the Women’s Federation; Yu Zhouru, Director, Vice President of Tramy Group, General Manager of the Sales Headquarters and Vice Chairperson of the Women’s Federation, as well as members of the Executive Committee of the Tramy Group Women’s Federation and outstanding women representatives from various departments.

At the meeting, Shen Jie, Director, Senior Vice President of Tramy Group and Vice Chairperson of the Women’s Federation, opened her speech with “A bright and serene spring, a world of renewal” and offered festival blessings to all women colleagues. She stated that “women hold their own against men” at Tramy, where every woman is an indispensable contributor, with their figures seen across primary, secondary and tertiary industries and all positions.

She pointed out that 2026 marks the start of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period, as well as a crucial year for Tramy Group to strive in full swing, deepen its national market presence and accelerate global layout. Award-winning advanced representatives stepped onto the stage one after another to receive their honors. Among them were workshop elites deeply engaged in production and strictly controlling product quality, sales elites traveling the markets to serve customers wholeheartedly, innovation experts dedicated to technical research and process optimization, and logistics personnel working silently to ensure the efficient operation of the Group. Tramy Women Innovation Experts used wisdom to solve development bottlenecks and continuously empower corporate growth with creativity. Li Jiayi from the Marketing Department devoted herself to brand promotion and new media operations, rushing to frontlines at early hours to document the full food supply chain, elaborately refining promotional materials, optimizing delivery strategies, coordinating influencer visits and media receptions, and conveying the warmth of the Tramy brand with vivid ideas. Hou Zhaodi from the Advertising and Promotion Department took the initiative to build the official short video matrix from scratch, continuously delivering high-quality original content across multiple platforms, integrating visual aesthetics and narrative communication to form a full closed loop of creation, dissemination and service, making the Tramy brand deeply rooted in people’s hearts.
Yang Wenying from the Information Technology Center broke through traditional working models, taught herself programming to develop automated scripts, greatly shortening data processing cycles, building a test case library for extreme scenarios to accurately identify potential risks. Ge Min from the same department led the R&D of AI systems including intelligent attendance and passenger flow statistics, optimized algorithms to achieve contactless check-in, efficiently completed equipment deployment at over 100 stores, and continued to explore cutting-edge applications such as AI reports and intelligent customer service, laying a solid technical foundation for the Group’s digital transformation. Zhu Min from the Human Resources Center drove value upgrading through innovation, building a video knowledge base for experience inheritance and steadily transforming the HR department into a value-creating center.
Facing urgent and daunting tasks including store expansion, supply chain optimization, qualification certification, performance breakthroughs and system construction, Tramy Women Breakthrough Pace-setters shouldered heavy responsibilities and achieved victories with determination, consolidating the Group’s development foundation with solid work practices.
Zhu Xian from the Engineering Department II efficiently coordinated the whole process of new store construction and existing store renovation, integrated multiple resources and strictly controlled schedules to ensure the orderly expansion of the store network. Zhang Li from the Procurement Department II focused on the Group’s cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategy, integrated and optimized supplier resources, and conducted in-depth breakthroughs for over 100 SKUs, achieving direct cost savings of tens of millions.
Shi Liwei from Tianji Company led the laboratory qualification certification work, prepared meticulously with perseverance, and successfully obtained authoritative accreditation after multiple rigorous reviews, expanding testing items and comprehensively enhancing the Group’s product quality testing capabilities. Li Li from the Sales Department I has rooted herself in the market for more than 20 years, forged a unique path to develop underperforming markets and achieve leapfrog growth in performance, implemented refined management and forged a high-performing sales team.
Song Danhong from Tramy Taste fully coordinated the preparation and opening of new business format projects, optimized operation standards, strictly controlled operating costs, efficiently coordinated cross-departmental collaboration, and resolved execution bottlenecks one by one. Cui Huanhuan from the Information Technology Center led the end-to-end implementation of multiple core business systems, realizing online closed-loop management of contracts, funds and OA processes, responding agilely to new business demands and providing strong digital support for refined management and large-scale expansion.
In ordinary positions including security administration, project settlement, production frontlines, quality control, operation services, legal risk control, financial settlement, data operation and post-production, numerous Tramy Women Outstanding Employees stayed true to their aspirations and worked diligently, safeguarding the stable operation of the enterprise with professionalism and responsibility.
Qian Huihui from the Security Department strictly enforced access control systems, protected company property, and provided thoughtful reception and logistical support with patience and enthusiasm, demonstrating responsibility in an ordinary post. Zhang Yamei from the Engineering Department II established a closed-loop management system for full-process asset management, strictly controlled project funds and store expense risks, revitalized idle assets and effectively reduced operating costs.
Ri Ashamu (Yi ethnic group), Li Shuanghong from Tianxin, Cheng Lili from Tianzhi, Xu Chunxu from Factory No.1 and other production team leaders rooted themselves in workshops, strictly abided by food safety regulations, took the lead in tackling equipment failures and optimizing production processes, cared for team members and built cohesion, leading their teams to achieve zero complaints and zero accidents while efficiently completing supply guarantee tasks. They epitomize the development of projects including Tramy handmade pastries from scratch to excellence, and compose a touching chapter of ethnic integration and livelihood supply guarantee.
Liu Dongzhi from Factory No.3 adhered to the bottom line of food safety, established a risk control system, extended product shelf life to support national market layout, and successfully completed multiple production license applications and system certifications. Su Qin from the Operation Department II has accompanied the growth of stores from 1 to 800, stuck to frontlines to support sales during holidays and critical periods, and grown alongside the brand with silent dedication.
Li Mingxia from the Legal Department properly handled various disputes with professional capabilities, effectively avoiding economic losses and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise. Chen Zhen from the Operation Department I, Song Chunhong from the Settlement Center and Cao Sikun from the Finance Center processed massive documents and data with rigor, optimized report analysis, built distribution models and streamlined workflows to continuously improve operational efficiency. Mei Lian from the Advertising and Promotion Department elaborately produced promotional videos, supporting intangible cultural heritage application, brand promotion and corporate culture inheritance, and consistently delivering high-quality multimedia content on Tramy’s corporate culture.
In the afternoon, all women representatives visited Tramy Pujiang Farm for an on-site study tour to experience the Group’s achievements in smart agriculture at close range. Guided by farm staff, the representatives visited digital planting bases and modern agricultural production facilities, learning in detail about Tramy’s achievements and innovative practices in smart agriculture, digital agriculture and green agriculture.
As they walked, observed, listened and inquired, they personally experienced the technological charm and vitality of modern agriculture, further strengthening their recognition, pride and sense of belonging toward the Group’s whole industrial chain layout. They were inspired to strive for entrepreneurship and livelihood supply guarantee, and determined to give full play to women’s strength in the new development stage of the Group and contribute greater efforts to its high-quality development.
