Two Scenarios of Tramy Group Selected into Shanghai’s "AI + Fashion" Application Scenarios List

On December 27, 2025, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization officially released the 2025 "AI + Fashion" application scenarios list in the fashion consumer goods sector. Two application scenarios declared by Shanghai Tramy Green Food (Group) Co., Ltd., namely Intelligent Control and Decision-Making for Raw Material Production Management and AI Store Intelligent Operation and Decision-Making with Cloud-Edge Computing Power, were successfully selected and included in the categories of "Digital Upgrading for Quality" and "Digital Innovation for Branding" respectively.

The selection was led by the Consumer Goods and Fashion Industry Development Division of the Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, jointly organized with the Shanghai Industrial Internet Association. It is an important measure for Shanghai to promote "AI + Manufacturing" and build an industrial ecosystem. A total of 39 benchmark scenarios were shortlisted this year, most of which were jointly built by manufacturing enterprises together with technology service providers, universities and research institutes, forming a industry-university-research-application cooperation ecosystem and providing practical references for more enterprises in their transformation.

Scenario 1: Intelligent Control and Decision-Making for Raw Material Production Management

(Digital Upgrading for Quality)This scenario is an innovative application of modern agriculture based on 5G+MEC, "Internet +" and artificial intelligence. The demonstration zone is autonomously managed by an AI system, with nearly 50 cameras distributed in the 5G rice base, realizing the intelligentization of the whole process including data collection, analysis, interpretation, modeling, decision-making and management.

High-throughput data transmission is realized via 5G technology. Relying on farmland digital twin technology, the real-time situation of the demonstration zone is duplicated indoors, supporting remote regulation of water, fertilizer and pesticides, thus achieving precise, scientific and efficient management of agricultural production.

Scenario 2: AI Store Intelligent Operation and Decision-Making with Cloud-Edge Computing Power

(Digital Innovation for Branding)This scenario focuses on three major fields: intelligent stores, intelligent ordering and intelligent operation management, and comprehensively promotes the in-depth integration of AI technology.

By building an AI store intelligent operation system, it realizes automatic monitoring and intelligent decision-making of the three core elements: people, goods and store environment, and optimizes computing power allocation by combining cloud large models and edge small models. The application of multimodal technology in various store links improves operation efficiency and risk control capability.

An intelligent ordering system has been developed, using LSTM/ARIMA algorithms combined with inventory data to accurately forecast and automatically place orders. Meanwhile, an intelligent operation management system has been established to realize real-time monitoring and alerts through edge computing and image recognition. Relying on large language models and corporate knowledge bases, an AI store trainer has been created to help store staff efficiently solve operational problems.
