The construction of Tramy canteen's healthy canteen has pressed the "acceleration button": Recently, the first phase of the canteen has been comprehensively renovated and upgraded, and a new flavor snack line has been put into use. The third phase of the canteen is accelerating the layout of "reducing salt, oil, and sugar" healthy catering, actively responding to the work requirements of the higher authorities on the construction of healthy canteens.

After the launch of the new flavor snack line, the Phase I canteen has formed a "fast food free, snack charging" mode, and fried snacks and other categories are charged on demand. The menu covers multiple options such as fat Noodles in soup, garlic fried chicken, sour soup and fat beef rice noodles, giving consideration to dining efficiency and taste needs.

At the level of healthy dining implementation, Tramy canteen is actively building a "three reduction" nutritional meal system - the healthy menu of the third phase canteen stipulates the amount of oil, salt, sugar and nutrient data for each dish, and multiple dishes are adapted to low salt and low fat; The third phase canteen will also set up dedicated "three reductions" windows to further deepen the supply of healthy food.

Later, the Phase III canteen plans to launch Anhui cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine and other local cuisines on a weekly basis.
