On August 26th, the group held the 6th National New Area Economic Development Zone High tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition Shanghai Selection Competition Winners' Award Ceremony to commend the group employees who achieved excellent results in the competition. The 6th National New Area Economic Development Zone High tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition is jointly organized by the China Development Zone Association and the National New Area Development Zone Trade Union Work Forum Council. With the core theme of "skills achieve dreams, innovation ignites the future", the competition aims to cultivate composite team leader talents with political literacy, professional management ability, and business awareness through the mechanism of "competition promotes learning, competition promotes training, and competition training integration".

In this competition, a total of 66 employees of the group registered to participate, breaking the previous record of the group's participation. During the preparation and competition stage of the competition, the contestants always maintained high enthusiasm: from June 2nd to June 22nd, during the preliminary round, everyone insisted on daily check-in and learning, reminded and supervised each other, and achieved self breakthrough through continuous improvement. A total of 36 out of 66 contestants successfully qualified for the semi-finals; During the semi-finals from June 30th to July 20th, the contestants further deepened their learning and improved their theoretical and practical abilities through the "New Era Team Leader Management Knowledge and Skills Tutorial" system. Eventually, 9 people stood out and advanced to the finals. After specialized training and reinforcement learning before the final, all 9 contestants demonstrated excellent management skills in the official final on August 16th. Among them, 4 successfully made it to the top 30 of the final, winning first, second, and third prizes in the Pudong competition area, and 5 others won the Excellence Award, submitting an impressive "report card".

At the award ceremony, the atmosphere was solemn and lively. As the host announced the official start of the ceremony, Chairman Li Ming of the Group Trade Union was invited to present awards to the winners and read out the list of winners one by one: Jiang Xiaoyun won the first prize, Zhang Haojie and Wang Shoumin won the second prize, Zhu Fulin won the third prize, and Xu Bo, Wang Zhenqing, Huang Tao, Wang Ke, and Zhao Guangying won the Excellence Award. The award-winning employees went on stage to receive their awards one by one, and Chairman Li warmly shook hands with each awardee, highly affirming their outstanding performance in the competition.
