On the handmade steamed bun competition on May 14th, Zhao Quanfeng demonstrated profound basic skills. In a 10 minute competition, she completed the production of 54 buns, almost filling the plate. Every time she takes the filling, she can accurately grasp the amount, ensuring that the weight of each bun is not less than 100 grams. The formed buns are symmetrical and upright in shape, with a spherical feel. The folds are neat like wheat ears, with consistent spacing and distinct layers. Her outstanding performance received unanimous praise from the judges present. In the 2021 Tramy  Noodle Master Skills Competition, Zhao Quanfeng once won third place. Now, with her own efforts and persistence, she has successfully won first place and achieved her own breakthrough.
