On the afternoon of April 1, 2025, the food safety risk warning and communication work meeting organized by the Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau and undertaken by Shanghai Tianji Technology Service Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the headquarters of Shanghai Tramy Group. Officials from the Food Sampling Department, Production Department, Catering Department, and Secretariat of the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting also reported on the food safety supervision and sampling situation of Shanghai Youth League from 2024 to 2025.
The heads of the food sampling departments of the market supervision bureaus in Huangpu, Fengxian, Baoshan, Minhang, Jiading, Yangpu and other districts attended the meeting. Director Yan Min of the Food Sampling Department of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau emphasized at the meeting that it is necessary to strengthen the pre prevention function of food safety risk warning and communication, and fully play its role in eliminating risks; By building a collaborative governance bridge between the government, enterprises, and social organizations, improving risk monitoring and collaborative response mechanisms, and comprehensively enhancing the efficiency of data management, risk warning, and closed-loop governance; At the same time, we will deepen cooperation in areas such as food safety information exchange, risk assessment, and warning issuance, and empower the high-quality development of the food industry through the "administrative guidance+technical assistance" model.
Wang Jiafei, Director of the Office of Tramy Group, gave a detailed introduction to the complete industrial chain system of Tramy Group from basic research to global supply chain management, and then to smart retail and catering management, as well as the digital, mechanized, and automated modern agricultural technology application achievements of Tramy Shanghai Digital Agriculture Base. As the representative of food production and operation enterprises, Ye Feng, the Quality Director of Tianzhi Green Food Co., Ltd., demonstrated the production process of Qingtuan and the internal quality control measures of the enterprise. Combining with the GB2760-2024 standard, he deeply interpreted the basis for defining food classification, the norms and limit requirements for the use of additives under different classifications.
